About Us

For the last 36 years The Cross Keys has been run by the amazing Steve and Mary who I feel honored to be able to call my friends. Since moving in to the village in 2020 (yes I moved in the middle of Covid - how stupid you may say - you would be right!) I have been a regular customer of the pub and I, along with many of the locals, were really sad to see it close. 

After months of planning I decided that this was the perfect opportunity to be able to finally start up the business I've always wanted and with Steve and Mary's support behind me, I truly hope that I can continue to do Thixendale proud!
